This TQM model has evolved from over 15 years of working with TQM implementation in companies like GM, Crown International, Adams & Westlake, and many others. It makes many assumptions, and supports the general statements of Peter Senge's book (The Fifth Discipline) that leaders and managers must be generalists, understanding the systems they operate within.

Larry Green has assisted companies in both profit and not-for-profit sectors to reach their goals. An advocate of leadership development, his programs have helped bring completeness, congruence, and choices to leaders and organizations.
He is currently in the committee stage of his PhD dissertation in Human Resources Management Development, and anticipates an August 2004 graduaton from Trinity (Newburg, IN, accredited via the University of Liverpool, UK). Larry's other advanced degrees are in counseling (MAR - 1972, Asbury Theological Seminary), communications (MA - 1978, Wheaton Graduate School) and organizational behavior (MBA - 1983, Ohio State University). His undergraduate is in both psychology and religion (BA-'70, Owosso College). Resume
Larry and his wife Cherri have five children and are very involved in their local church and community. He believes that the greatest organization in society for a strong future is the family (photo). The fundamental model that TQM and all sound management are based on is found in his work on SUCCESS TRILOGIES.
