THIS MONTH:
The preschool is preparing for a busy month. Our annual Christmas program will
be on Friday, December 14 at 9:00 am and 12:30 pm. The children are busy learning
the Christmas songs for this year's program. Sara will be having chapel with
the children on December 10th and 11th.
The children will also be participating in our annual birthday party for Jesus
on December 21st and 22nd. This is an excellent opportunity for us to tell the
children the true meaning of this holiday season. We celebrate with a birthday
cake and the singing of "Happy Birthday".
The preschool will be closed for Christmas vacation from Monday, December 24th
- Friday, January 4th.
ENROLLMENT INFO:
You can enroll your 3 year old in either a 2-day or 3-day a week program. You can enroll your 4 year old in either a 3-day or 4-day a week program. AM sessions are from 9:00 - 11:15. PM sessions are from 12:30 - 2:45.
Tuition:
2-day class $40.00 per month
3-day class $50.00 per month
4-day class $65.00 per month
Daily Activities:
Free choice period - Includes art work, block play, housekeeping, learning centers,
and painting. These provide a good opportunity for role playing and interaction
with other children.
Circle time - An opportunity for the teacher and children to share together in a group discussion and a time to express themselves through show and tell.
Snacks - Provides an atmosphere for children to make conversation and develop listening skills. A short prayer is always said before the snack is eaten.
Music - Develops rhythm.
Indoor/Outdoor large muscle activities - Motor skills.
Story Time - Increases attention span, develops listening skills and a love for reading.
