So you ask, what is Joshua's Celebrity Encounters?
Who are the celebrity Encounters with? Well we have listed all the celebrities
that have made contact with Josh over the past year. Some of these may
be familar and some may not be so familar to you. We have only a few pictures
of these very special moments and you can see them under the listed Celebrity
Mementos. Have fun reading and viewing these special moments in Joshua's
life.
Autographed Mementos:
- August 1997: Josh received an autographed picture
from Branson's Million Dollar Baby, magician Kirby VanBurch.
- August 1997: Josh received an autographed picture
from comedian Philip Wellford.
- June 1997: Josh received an autographed picture
and an autographed bat from Cleveland Iandian's 1997 American League Championship
Series Most Valuable Player Marquis Grissom while visiting the club house
as a special guest.


- March 1997: Josh received an autographed picture
from Atlanta Brave's pitcher John Smoltz.
- March 1997: Josh received an autographed picture
and a baseball from Atlanta Brave's catcher and 1996 National League Championship
Series Most Valuable Player Javier Lopez.
- March 1997: Josh received an autographed baseball
and hat from the Concord Minutemen baseball team.
- March 1997: Josh received an autographed baseball,
baseball hat and baseball cards from Montreal Expo's catcher Darrin Fletcher.
- January 1997: Josh received an autographed basketball
from Notre Dame's Head Basketball Coach John McCloud.
- September 1996: Josh received an autographed
picture from Indianapolis Colt's Larry Padgen.

- September 1996: Josh received an autographed
picture from Atlanta Brave's 1996 National League Championship Series Most
Valuable Player Javier Lopez.
- July 1996: Josh received an autographed football
from hall of famers Gail Sayers and Jim Osborne of the Chicago Bears. This
was at a Make A Wish benifit golf outing in which Josh's family was the
guest of honor.


- Febuary 1996: Josh and his bothers have a rare
encounter with their hero Ace Ventura while visiting MGM Studios in Orlando
Florida on Josh's Make A Wish trip.

Ok, so it is only an impersonator, but he looks
good and the kids didn't need to know at the time!!!
- Febuary 1996: Josh received an autographed baseball
from Minnesota Twin's Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew.
- January 1996: Josh visited a pick-up game of
basketball where he received an autographed baseball from Minnesota Twin's
pitcher Rob Ruch.


- January 1996: During a chemo-therapy session
Josh received an autographed football from the one and only coach at Notre
Dame University, Coach Lou Holtz.
- December 1995: During Josh's intial diagnosis
at Riley's Hospital the entire Indiana University basketball team came
for a visit. Josh received an autographed basketball from Charlie Miller
and Richard Mandiville. Dad enjoyed this as much if not more than Josh.
- December 1995: Josh received an autographed baseball
from Montreal Expo's catcher Darrin Fletcher.
