On October 24, 2003 at 12:17 AM two Benton Harbor Police Officers
responded
to a crowd gathering at the corner of Fair Avenue and Buss Street.
Shortly
after the Officer’s arrival, gunfire from one or more high-powered
rifles
was directed towards the officers striking and penetrating two squad
cars.
