I have known Lawrence Green for over seven years as consultant, educator and colleague. During that time I have had the opportunity to formulate a very distinct impression as to his ability, character and creativity. It is with that knowledge I base this recommendation.

The most significant thing about Larry Green is his love for and willingness to do things for people. He is always on the lookout for an opportunity at service, in thought, deed or attitude. On many occasions I have observed him going above and beyond what was asked of him in order to respond to the needs of another. In a group setting, he has a strong grasp of the dynamics, being able to assess complex situations, formulate a plan and act on it. Larry does not just communicate with people, he connects.

During my work with him on the Cadillac project, Larry was always looking beyond the surface and finding new and creative ways to address a problem. Although the tools given were adequate, he made them go beyond that, turning the good into the excellent. Larry has a keen understanding not just of business but the dynamic of those systems that comprise business. He has a strong grasp of processes and can take that information and use it to strengthen the project. Constantly Larry was finding new information and directing it to our awareness, thus making our entire project stronger as well. For a widely scattered team of consultants and trainers this was a Godsend.

Regarding character, Larry is strongly committed to his faith, his family and his country. He has often used that commitment to bring out the best in others. Larry is someone who inspires others to belief by his thought and actions.

Larry Green is a strong teacher, counselor and team member. His creativity and enthusiasm would be an asset to any organization.
